Therefore, this paper is a way to elaborate on my future plans. The specialty that I would love to work in is in the intensive care unit (ICU), so that would be my goal. So the proper steps in achieving that goal need to be researched and listed as there are several new graduate residency programs within these hospitals that hire newly graduated students. Required Uniform Assignment: Career Planning PURPOSE Having a clear vision for the future, setting reasonable goals, and developing strategies for meeting those goals are important steps in ensuring control of one’s professional future.
